Welcome to Dolled By NuEye. We are committed to providing every client with an exceptional Premium salon experience. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and the highest quality of service, the following Booking, Salon & Service Agreement applies to all appointments.

Please read this agreement carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Agreement to These Policies

By accessing this website, clicking any "Book Now" button, scheduling an appointment through our website, completing a booking through any third-party scheduling platform linked from this website, paying a retainer, or receiving services from Dolled By NuEye, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies.

These policies apply to every appointment regardless of whether the booking is completed directly through our website or through a third-party booking provider.

If you do not agree with these policies, please do not schedule an appointment.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments are available by reservation only.

A required non-refundable retainer must be paid to reserve your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the required retainer has been successfully received.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

Pricing

All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

The price in effect at the time your appointment is confirmed will apply to your scheduled service.

Non-Refundable Retainers

All retainers are non-refundable.

Retainers compensate for the reservation of appointment time and the inability to offer that time to another client.

Retainers are applied toward the total service cost.

Retainers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or credited after cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.

Transferred retainers remain valid only for the rescheduled appointment.

Any additional rescheduling requests require a new retainer.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Rescheduling is always subject to appointment availability.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel appointments at any time; however:

• Retainers are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the retainer.
• Frequent cancellations may result in the refusal of booking any future appointments with us.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.

No-show appointments result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of the retainer
• Possible requirement of 100% prepayment for future appointments
• Possible refusal of future booking requests

Dolled By NuEye reserves the right to decline appointments from clients with repeated no-shows or policy violations.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience:

• Reduced service time
• Additional fees for extended appointment time
• Appointment rescheduling
• Appointment cancellation

Appointments canceled due to excessive lateness will forfeit the retainer.

Late arrivals do not guarantee that the originally scheduled service can be completed.

Hair Preparation

Unless your appointment specifically includes shampoo services, clients must arrive with:

• Clean hair
• Completely dry hair
• Fully detangled hair
• Product-free hair whenever possible

Failure to properly prepare hair may result in:

• Additional service fees
• Reduced services
• Appointment rescheduling
• Appointment cancellation

Existing braids, glue, thread, sew-ins, tape-ins, bonded extensions, previous installs, or wigs should be removed before arrival unless removal services were booked.

Client-Provided Hair

Clients supplying their own wigs, extensions, closures, frontals, bundles, or lace products understand that Dolled By NuEye cannot guarantee:

• Hair quality
• Color matching
• Texture consistency
• Lace quality
• Manufacturing defects
• Shedding
• Tangling
• Longevity
• Curl pattern
• Density

Installation fees cover styling services only.

Dolled By NuEye assumes no responsibility for manufacturer defects or the performance of client-supplied hair products.

Service Results

Hair services are customized for each individual.

Results may vary based on:

• Hair condition
• Previous chemical treatments
• Hair history
• Hair density
• Hair texture
• Client maintenance
• Home care practices

Dolled By NuEye cannot guarantee identical results to photographs or work performed on another client.

Corrective Services

Your satisfaction is important.

If you believe a correction is necessary due to the quality of the original service, you must notify Dolled By NuEye within 72 hours of your appointment.

Approved corrections:

• Must relate only to the originally scheduled service.
• Must be performed by Dolled By NuEye.
• Are offered solely at the discretion of Dolled By NuEye.

Services altered by another stylist automatically void any correction eligibility.

Refund Policy

All completed services are final.

Because salon services involve reserved appointment time, customized artistry, and professional expertise, Dolled By NuEye does not provide:

• Refunds
• Partial refunds
• Cash reimbursements
• Store credits

Corrective services may be offered at Dolled By NuEye's sole discretion when appropriate.

Retail Product Policy

Due to sanitation and hygiene standards, all retail product sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Hair extensions
• Bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Wigs
• Hair care products
• Lace products
• Styling products
• Accessories

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Photography & Marketing

Dolled By NuEye may photograph or record completed services for:

• Portfolio use
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Website content
• Social media
• Educational purposes

Clients who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos must notify their stylist before services begin.

Guests & Children

To provide a relaxing Premium experience, only scheduled clients are permitted inside the salon unless prior approval has been granted.

No children or pets are allowed in the salon.

Health & Safety

Clients agree to disclose any relevant:

• Allergies
• Skin sensitivities
• Scalp conditions
• Medical conditions
• Recent surgeries
• Medications
• Pregnancy-related concerns
• Contagious illnesses

Dolled By NuEye reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if continuing could compromise the health or safety of the client or stylist.

Right to Refuse Service

Dolled By NuEye reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for reasons including but not limited to:

• Abusive behavior
• Harassment
• Threatening conduct
• Repeated policy violations
• Excessive lateness
• Failure to follow salon policies
• Health or sanitation concerns
• Unsafe conditions
• Inappropriate conduct toward staff or other clients

If service is refused after the appointment has begun due to client conduct or policy violations, applicable fees and the retainer may be retained to the extent permitted by law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By scheduling an appointment, you authorize payment for the services selected and acknowledge these Booking & Salon Policies.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for services that were properly rendered, Dolled By NuEye reserves the right to dispute the claim using available evidence, including:

• Appointment confirmations
• Payment records
• Booking history
• Communications
• Photographs
• Service records
• Client acknowledgments of these policies

Clients remain responsible for legitimate charges associated with completed services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dolled By NuEye shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from salon services, client-provided products, or retail products.

Nothing in this policy limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Emergency Rescheduling

Occasionally unforeseen circumstances such as illness, severe weather, emergencies, equipment failure, or events beyond our reasonable control may require appointment rescheduling.

Should this occur, clients will be offered the earliest available appointment without penalty.

Dolled By NuEye shall not be liable for travel expenses, lost wages, or other incidental costs resulting from appointment changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Booking & Salon Policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising from these policies shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
