Who is this class for?
The Polished Woman™ is designed for everyday women who want to learn how to confidently style, elevate, and maintain their own hair or wigs. No prior hairstyling experience is required.
Is this class for professional hairstylists?
No. This class is specifically created for women who want to improve their personal hairstyling skills, maintain their hairstyles between salon visits, and feel more confident styling their own hair at home.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes! We encourage you to bring any human hair wig you have (straight or wavy) and any styling tools you already own or purchase the recommended tools from our Amazon Storefront prior to class.
Mannequin heads and printed class materials will be provided for all hands-on activities. Most importantly, bring yourself, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn!
Will I get hands-on practice?
Absolutely! This is a hands-on experience. You’ll practice the techniques taught throughout the class on mannequin heads while receiving step-by-step instruction and personalized guidance.

Closure & frontal glue(less) installs and maintenance
Beginner-friendly curling techniques
Flat iron styling techniques
Pixie cut styling
Hair etiquette and presentation
Simple hairstyles for work, church, brunch, vacations, and special occasions
How to refresh and revive your hairstyle between salon visits
Will I receive a goodie bag?

Will products be available for purchase?

Will refreshments be provided?
Yes! A variety of food, beverages, and light refreshments will be available throughout the event.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We’d love for you to share the experience. However, each attendee must purchase their own ticket, as seating is limited.
What should I wear?
We encourage guests to wear blush or mauve tones (NOT PINK) for a cohesive, polished look in our event photos and videos. Comfortable, stylish attire is recommended.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes! Every participant will receive a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of the class.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest with advance notice, subject to our transfer policy.
Will photos and videos be taken?
Yes. Photos and videos will be captured throughout the event for marketing and social media purposes.
By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify a member of our team upon arrival.
Will I be able to recreate these styles at home?
Absolutely! The techniques taught in The Polished Woman™ are designed to be practical, beginner-friendly, and easy to recreate at home using the proper tools and products.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling confident styling and maintaining your own hair long after the class ends.

The class will be held at a beautiful venue in Severna Park, Maryland.

How long is the class?
The class will take place from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
While we aim to conclude within 4 hours, we’ve intentionally packed the day with valuable education, live demonstrations, and hands-on practice to ensure you leave feeling confident and equipped with practical skills.
